Mental Health Association Support Group – Spanish
The Mental Health Association in Santa Barbara County and National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI) are offering free, ongoing support groups designed to help family members of those living with a major mental illness learn from one another. Severe mental illness includes Major Depression, Bipolar Disorder (formerly called Manic Depression), Schizophrenia and Schizoaffective Disorder, Borderline Personality Disorder, Panic Disorder and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder, Co-Occurring Brain Disorders and Addictive Disorders. Participants are invited to share with the group. Attendees vary from week to week and pre-registration is not required.
