A car hit a fire hydrant around 12:30 Tuesday morning.



City fire Dept scrambles to find shut off valve after a car hit a fire hydrant at about 12:30 Tuesday morning. It has been over an hour and the water is still rushing. No licence plates of the car. Neighbors state they heard what they though may have been shots and sounds of fast driving cars down the alley of South K st. The car and hydrant located at 100 block of south J st.. Inga McCullough
